Innovative financial management firm is looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join our team.  We are an independent, fee-only firm providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management services that serve the best interests of successful individuals and families.   The firm has been recognized by Barron’s and Worth as a top financial management firm.  Our team has two locations, Bethlehem, PA and Richmond, VA.  This position is for our Bethlehem, PA location.

Description of the position:

• Develop comprehensive financial plans focusing on investment strategy, tax and cash flow management retirement and estate planning, executive compensation, and risk management
• Work with existing and new clients on the implementation of their financial plan
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to gather personal financial data and to formulate planning goals
• Manage clients investment portfolios and provide research on investment products
• Work in a team environment with the willingness to share information, find solutions and develop new skills and knowledge from within the group

Qualifications for this Position:

• 5-10 plus years experience in the development of personal financial plans
• Detail oriented with the ability to develop and integrate financial strategies and investment strategies for high-net worth individuals
• Strong educational credentials and analytical background including a strong tax background
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent computer skills particularly financial modeling in Excel
• CPA and/or CFP® professional designations preferred.  MBA strongly encouraged
