JoycePayne Partners Announces New Financial Strategist
JoycePayne Partners is pleased to announce that Tom Gates, CFP, has joined the firm as a Financial Strategist.
Tom has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He comes to us from U.S. Trust where he was Senior Private Client Manager and Senior Vice President assisting private clients with banking, investment, wealth structuring, and financial planning strategies. Before that, he was Wealth Management Partner and Senior Vice President at Wachovia Wealth Management, and served in similar positions with First Union, Signet and Sovereign. He is also an Army veteran retiring as Captain of Field Artillery in the 18th Airborne Corps.
Tom is a Certified Financial Planner Licensee. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond (BA Politics & History), Webster University (MA-Management) and Virginia Commonwealth University (MS-Finance), and is studying currently for the Certificate of Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) at the CFA Institute.
And Tom is the husband of Annette and proud father of Hank.
